Went in to talk about wisdom tooth removal. Had some other issues going on and Dr. Keim explained everything and did a exam on my mouth. Staff was very helpful and the assistant was very good. Plan to get my wisdom tooth out at a later date. Thanks

Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery provided exceptional care. I’ve been coming here since 2015 when I had to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed, and my most recent visit for an implant. They do amazing work and the way they care for their patients is award winning status! Extremely professional while maintaining that personal touch for each person. Any time I call, they answer my questions and concerns timely and are always willing to see me if any issues arise (even if it’s just for a peace of mind). I absolutely love it here.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. Being someone who has anxiety with dental visits, the staff was patient and very attentive. I highly recommend this location and I will be using them for future services. The receptionist was very caring and reassuring. Karen was amazing as well. Thanks for a pleasant visit.

DO NOT GO HERE! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery with Dr. Blair. I am 28 years old, which meant my wisdom teeth were in more challenging positions than is typical for younger patients. One of my upper wisdom teeth was positioned very close to my sinus. Dr. Blair removed this tooth, and several days later I began noticing a putrid odor coming from my nose. I returned to the office and was told it was due to food stuck in a lower extraction site. A nurse flushed it out and sent me home. No one examined the upper extraction site, and Dr. Blair did not come in to speak with me. A few days later, I returned again after realizing I could push air from my mouth through my nose — a clear sign of a possible sinus communication. Green, foul-smelling, rancid-tasting mucus began draining through the hole in my mouth from my sinus. I was terrified and nearly went to the emergency room. Once again, I was told by a nurse that this was “normal” and would heal on its own. Again, no one examined the upper extraction site, and Dr. Blair never came into the room. Still concerned, I saw my ENT, who ordered a CT scan. The scan showed that my entire ri

I was a new patient at Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery today, recommended by my long time dentist Dr. Thomas Nguyen. They were so friendly from the moment I walked in, and it was such a fun experience the entire visit. I have not had so much fun at any Dr appointment for ages!
